So I have been peer-pessured into deciding to take a hat on the dig.
Just so you know, I hate hats.
Actually, I don't hate hats per-se I just really hate them on me.
Lol, yes I am way too vain.
But I have decided that since I don't want to be the noob Canadian who has heat-stroke on the first day, (which would obviously be way worse than showing up with a dork hat) I am going to need a hat.
Soooo, any suggestion?
Do you think a baseball cap would work just fine?
Or should I go all out and get a big old floppy sun hat?

You going to need a few hats: different styles, different colors, different options to reflect your mood... Why settle for one when you can accessorize with many! ;)
Lol, as long as they can all be folded to miniscule proportions...wait what am I thinking?? I should totally just bring an ENTIRE SUITCASE devoted to hats.

I feel your pain. I hate hats too especially since my head is so small that I end up having to wear children's hats so that they'll stay on. My suggestion is a Tilley endurable. They're the ultimate traveling hat I think.
Lol, I'm the opposite.
I have like a 5-head, which makes any hat look too small on me.
I'm thinking I might try a visor...
